The nephews (who are both 10) love The Matrix and Reloaded so they'll no doubt want to watch it, much the missus' annoyance.
Or how about how they made it even more glaringly obvious that Keanu Reeves can't act for Toffee, or the way they have the lead male characters walk around in some kind leather dress thing that's supposed to look cool?
Muuuuh, really hated Reloaded, not sure if I'll be bothered with Revolutions. It wasn't that it was an awful film, but compared to the first film it really wasn't very good.
The subtleties that you pick up on through multiple viewings.
I know that when Smith thought Neo was dead he was trying to interpret something he saw through the oracle's thoughts, but was scared when it wasn't completely true at all.
I realised the joke that the Frenchman made about "well you fought through Hell to get here" after trinity, Sereph, and Morpheus went through the area with the anit gravity guys, and the button on the elevator before that said "HELL" on it.
I think that it was a good way to end the trilogy.

But Morpheus has a purpose created by the machines. He is integral to the cycle of the Matrix. Like Neo, he may even have a program assigned to him. On the surface he appears to be saving people from the Matrix yet, without knowing it, he is helping the machines.

Neo let Smith copy himself onto him, and the machines used Neo as a link to Smith's program to destroy Smith. We can only assume that the explosion of light came from the obliteration of Smith.
"out of darkness comes light"
We all knew what was eventually gonna happen anyway, so, why did they have to build it all up in such an over-the-top manner?
What's with that final fight against Smith?
We already knew Neo could do his "Superman-thang", but, neither he or Smith were wearing their pants on the outside.
Why couldn't they have just kept it on the ground?
There's an awful lot that really dissapointed me in this third-and-final installement... When the first film came about, I really thought these Wachowski guys had a great eye for vision and unique ideas... But now, after seeing the final two parts to `The Trilogy“, I have to say that, quite simply, I feel they pretty much sold out, in the end. :P
They just went too-far to make this any part of the "Best Films Ever" I really feel this Triolgy could've been.

Morpheus - Greek God of Dreams. Has a knack for mimicing humans in dreams. Neo took the pill, therefore I thought Morpheus was going to be a machine. Nope. Nothing as clever.
I just watched it again as well and what was that light crap that killed the smiths? Forgive I have understood everything the Directors had to throw at me apart from this.
