We seem to be starting quite a few at the moment, so lets keep it all in one place.

This is your centre for enquiring about/recommending/talking about any albums, songs or rappers.

Enjoy.

That's just one of those CDs that's on my list of things to get but there's always something I want more that I end up buying instead.

I know one day I'll get it lol.. I think i heard a song called sex song or something similar, and I thought it was a bit crap so I lsot a bit of interest. Is it a solid album?

Jurassic 5's most accessible album is Quality Control. if you like Cypress Hill, reggae/ska bands like Sublime are ace, as well as Delinquent Habits (I think that's the right name). if you like Jurassic 5 there's not really anyone better, but DJ Format, A Tribe Called Quest, Common, NWA, Pete Rock & CL Smooth and Nas' Illmatic should all appeal.

You could try Ozomalti, they're a collective that contains most of the same members as Jurassic 5, but have a more traditional african vibe going on. See also Porn Theatre Ushers.

As for Cypress Hill, are we talking early Cypress Hill? Very early cypress Hill (with their rock leanings?) or recent Cypress Rap-Metal Hill?

Started to listen to Jurrasic 5 recently. Anything anyone can recommend based on Jurrasic 5 and maybe Cypress Hill? (Never been a real big hip hop fan but always been open to different kinds of music unless I think it sucks.)

Sounds pretty cool, I'll check it out when I go on amazon to look at Sublime CDs.

Both songs of the highest quality :)
