Really looking forward to this but I've been out of the loop so can you fill in a few details for me:

* Has a launch price for the UK been announced yet?

* X-box live, what's the pricing for it? I've heard of this silver/gold service, how does it work and what is the difference price wise? (If you know of course).

* On a scale of 1 to hell yes, is Perfect Dark O gonna be the greatest thing to grace the earth?

* Is it still due this year in Europe?

* Game prices... anyone know?

Who else will be snapping one up on day one?

Urgh Lockdown..should have been out 4-5 months ago, I hope Ubi have actually bothered to add new stuff to the game. I can't really think of anything else I really want on Xbox apart from Pro Evo 5.

Haha. Everyone should get WoW. Not only is it a good game but it saves you alot of money. =)

I think I've only bought Battlefield 2 since the launch of WoW. I've not needed another game.

Meh.

I'm not paying an extortionate amount of money for another one.

Wireless networks in the UK are few and far between though. If you don't already have a wireless set-up then that's gonna cost you a good £100 to set-up, so it's really not that cheap at all.

Anyway Xbox 360 will be wireless compatible and Silver will mean you can play on live at the weekend for no cost.

I don't just mean the interface, how to set it up and everything. It is already described as a wireless hub. Remember this is for children.

And Nintendo's online service is completley free... that includes the playing of games.

That's going to be pretty hard, considering Xbox Live Silver is going to be free and is already pisseasy to use.

I'm confident I'll be restraining from grabbing a launch machine - for each platform. Too much money is wasted that way. And besides, I can wait - World of Warcraft will keep me occupied/whipped :D

I'm still not totally sure what console I'll be getting. I'm not gonna be getting a 360 at launch for the simple reason that i really don't think it's gonna be worth owning at first, very little's really known about the launch line-up and there's only 4 months to go before it's supposed to hit the shelves.

There's still enough Xbox games coming to keep me going until hopefully a good price drop a little way into the consoles life. In that time I should be able to work out if the PS3 is just another PS2 with tarted up graphics, or whether Sony are really gonna pull their fingers out on the games side of things.

GTA could be a deciding factor depending on when it's coming and on what consoles.

Perfect dark zero
Can't say it looks too ground breaking yet, although just thinking about minigunning this lot looks fun

If the launch price is £230 with a game I'll get one, I might need a bit more convincing first though, PGR3 does look very promising

Heres a trailer for it, not seen it yet but downloading at the moment
