I dont see why they'd come back to that. They were killed off because no-one liked them.
What about that paralyzed couple who they buried by accident... that's another storyline they'll no doubt come back to.
I think that gives the others more of a reason to want to team up with them. Plus if you're correct, the ones who stay will have shown the commitment that Ben mentioned when he was talking to Locke.
I think what happens now is some people leave, some stay and the ones that leave start dying off from some illness.
We already know that at some point Jack and Kate are going to leave. Seeing as they've just contacted the outside world i think thats more likely now than later. Honestly though i've no idea where theyre going with it now. Maybe the contacts will launch a missle strike against them or something.
I dont think the Losties will be teaming up with The Others seeing as most of The Others are now dead. It'll just be the women and children left.

This explains Jack's need to get back, and keeps the story to progress over another season at least. Plus they'll need to give the beachies a reason to stay so Ben shows them some of the secrets of the island (not that simply of course =P)

I thought Bernard would die seen as they had brought him back for no real reason.
Walt apparently appears in places which is what makes him special. It happened in season two when he appeared to Shannon and one of the others said it to Michael.

I dont understand Walts appearance either although he's done it before. We've still no idea what was so special about him in the first place.
