A little disapointed to be honest. I know i have only played it for an hour and a half so far, but to be honest at the moment it doesnt feel like i have done anything apart from watched with a little bit of walking and really really easy fights in between.

For me, its not started off at all like any of the previous games, they seemed to throw you into the action straight off, you got to actually do some playing while the story got off to a rushing start, this game hasnt done that to me yet, and this is one of the most important parts of the game.

You have to say that a game really needs a good begining to get things up and running, FF10 starts pretty slow....then with the blitzball scene it gets really good and im starting to think im back in FF, them something strange happens and the game just slowed down again.

Its not all bad, im intrigued to find out whats happening next, and it does seem to be building to something big, its just that, well, i think the graphics may have gone to Squares head at the minute, so far i havent played, i have watched, i hope its starts to improve in that aspect soon.

Got to say though, the graphics and character animations are very nice indeed, but still, a little more play would be nice sometime soon.

My Wakka has covered the whole sphere grid now, but I still don't have a weapon for him that has break damage limit. He has 21,000HP too but since he has covered the entire sphere grid, does taht mean he can't go any higher? If so, that sucks.

I tried SOS overdrive on my ovedrive - AP weapon as well but it just seems to stop you from getting any AP at all. Still, Yuna has Double AP, Overdrive - AP and Triple overdrive on her weapon and that gives 90 sphere levels in just one fight with Don Tonberry.

I've also made some adjustments to my Blitzball team. Now, the only player that I started with who is still in the team is Tidus. I removed Jassu and Botta and signed Graav and Berrik. They are in defense with Auda Guado in midfield and Blappa and Tidus up front.

Nearly all my Aeon have 255 (max) for strength and defense now too. Soon, my Aeons shall be at their max power and then Dark Bahamut will fall at my feet. And then I'll eat him.

Heh heh, nice one.

Same goes for me with Kimahri. I defeated Omega weapon and got a lance with the triple overdrive ability on it. So, I customised it with overdrive -> AP and now he's getting 3x as much AP when I level up.

... :D

Yeah I got Comrade for Yuna last night. I was in the Thunder Plains and I learnt it. That means my Aeons are going to increase in power greatly soon.

I've completed it. The final boss is so easy but i won't ruin it for those who aren't there yet and i have to kill the dark aeons now.
I rufused to listen to my mates that the final movie is sad but then i watched it and i agree with them. And that suteki da ne song is sure growing on me.

I think the Don Tonberry method is the fastest by a long shot - if you want to get comrade mode, you can find out how at www.gamefaqs.com . Or would that ruin the game by resorting to guides??? ;). Actually, I'll look for you and tell you...

...dum de dum...

After five minutes looking:

"
[04] - Comrade
- Desc: Ally other than self hit by an enemy.
- Obtained: Ally other than self hit by an enemy.
- Tidus - 300 turns
- Yuna - 240
- Wakka - 100
- Lulu - 100
- Kimahri - 100
- Auron - 220
- Rikku - 100
- Increment: Damage received x 20 / Target's Max HP
"

Hope it helps...

Is there a good way for quickly levelling up Yuna?

I can't use the Don Tonberry technique since Karma only takes about 12,600HP off her and she doesn't have the Comrade overdrive mode.

Only about 12,000. Not very much, in my opinion.

Yeah I've beaten Omega and Ultima. Ultima was incredibly easy but I thought Omega was hard. I died a few times and when I finally did it, it took about 45 minutes!

Anyway, how many hits has your Bahamut got?

I just defeated Omega weapon and Ultima weapon. They were both really easy, I just used Bahamut and whupped him. For some reason, my Bahamut is amazingly strong - 99,999 for every attack.

I also stole a load of items from them, not quite sure what their usage is but they're great anyway, plus I got a weapon with triple overdrive on it. Sweet!

Well I dodged 76 bolts in a row today. On the 77th, for some reason I decided to wait until the bolt actually hit me before pressing X. I have no idea why but I remember thinking to myself that I should press it EXACTLY as it hit me. Stupid me....

And I still can't get 7 blue butterflies! It is impossible! I have no idea what you get but it must be pretty good if it's this hard!

I got Wakka's last overdrive move too - Aurochs Reels. It seems pretty crap compared to his Attack Reels which takes takes loads, and I'm not exactly sure what the reels are for.
