I dunno if any1 is gonna agree with me on this one, but I think that the first year of the PS2 has been almost a waste of time, it started well with SSX, quake revolution was ok no online play though, GT3 is amazing and is well worth it, but what else!?? Tekken Tag, what a let down, driving emotion type S made me laugh and ridge racer 5 barely scraped past the finish line! Is that it, is that what £300 brings you over one year, there should be at least 40 top class titles to choose from! At least next year looks a lot more promising, with the likes of Metal Gear Solid 2, Tekken 4 and Devil May Cry in the pipeline the PS2 is looking up, but the fact remains that 1 year of the PS2's short lifespan has gone! Has the first year been a waste?

Maybe they are but honestly can u see the graphics improving much ?? I mean PS1 could improve basically coz the graphics were pants all round, they started pants and so could b improved, the PS1 was software based so aslong as the software improved so did the graphics . But now graphics are becoming hard to distinguish, apart from features that only new hardware can produce, not much can be done that hasnt been already.

What are these? New graphical touches or original ideas? Games will always get better, as will graphics. Even now, PSone graphics are getting better. The PS2's limits are far greatere than what we see now, both in terms of graphics and gameplay.
