Morning all.

I appreciate people will be busy this morning but it someone could provide a likely ETA for normal service it would be much appreciated - either on the Status page or here?

Thanks in advance.
NB. twitter.com/Freeola would work well for Service updates and if the outage was affecting your website you could still reach the world :¬)

I've never been on this forum before and only found it by chance while looking for help on your site.

Thanks for replying - what's the answer to my 'issue'?

Staff Mod Edit: Accusing somebody of being childish by calling them names is both ironic and, quite frankly, embarrassing.

Your post has been edited to save you further embarrassment and to prevent you breaking forum rules.

@ Digi and DL:

According to Microsoft this could be due to a number of things but it's more than likely to be due to accounts missing on the new server or still being put back on. I am looking into this now.

Hi eccles this is what its saying on all my accounts yet mail is comming through even though this message says its not - but it is, have they wired up the server wrong :-)

Unable to send or receive messages for the Denholmvillage (kevin) account. Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity.

Server: 'mail.freeola.net'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0F
Protocol: POP3
Port: 110
Secure(SSL): No

Hi Eccles,

Got email from three addresses - working fine, the other three responding at the moment with the following error:

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: '**********', Server: 'mail.freeola.net', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

This is Vista64 and Windows Mail - any help?

The Freeola support team have knocked off for the evening, although it would have been useful if someone had hung around to help clear up the mess.

The server may well be up and running but I still can't access my emails. My passwords keep getting rejected. I'm using Macinosh's Mail software on OS 10.4.

I really need to see my emails as I'm working through the night. Does anyone have any suggestions how I can solve this problem?
