I appreciate people will be busy this morning but it someone could provide a likely ETA for normal service it would be much appreciated - either on the Status page or here?
Thanks in advance.
NB. twitter.com/Freeola would work well for Service updates and if the outage was affecting your website you could still reach the world :¬)

edit and 2 more that went into the junk folder
(Unless IBM's just bought you of course - which - come to think of it, might actually explain a lot!)
Updated 9/12/09 19:50 PM: Work is currently under way to reconfigure the routing and MX server delivery. The replacement server is ready to go online once this has been completed.

I tried saying that before but was accused of being biased you had better get a bullet proof vest to hand :-) and welcome to the forum

I've actually been with Freeola for getting on for ten years now, though I do have a lot of experience with many of the bigger guys. (Hell - I've worked for IBM for three times this length of time so I understand these issues!!)
In my experience, this current outage is unprecedented but... cut these guys some slack. Given the reliability I've experienced over my time with them, the service they've provided me has been far and away better than any of the big guys - especially BT.

No problem :¬)
The web hosting isn't affected with this ongoing issue - so I'm not sure why so many of your pages/links are broken?
Your contact page isn't in Google's cache so might have been missing for a while!
FWIW
I've added a link pointing my client's to Freeola's Status page (for those that it applies to) and would recommend using a service like Gmail for email as a backup solution.

Having just read that emails may now take another 48 hours to come through (once the problem has finally been fixed) it's a joke !
Slightly off-topic but it might be connected to this if you've made changes today, as many of us have.
Your contact page is currently failing 404 (page missing) - thought you might like to know...
NB. Some of the other links also fail for me.
The site doesn't appear to have been changed since 22nd July though...
