We need our e-mails.
However I can also understand Freeola's point too. The job seems to be a nightmare and us nagging and complaining isn't helping them.
I can see both sides and I'll give them a little more slack. But we really need more regular up-dates.
Your right to complain but it has to be fair - and i think the customer service you get from Freeola is good lets face it you call them up ( in to the call centre) they take your call they are polite and they explain to you what they will do, some things they can resolve right way from the call centre, other things need escalated, this one needed escalated so its immediately taken out of their hands, they are now at the mercy of others, do you honestly think they are sitting in Freeola towers doing nothing about this?
