Morning all.

I appreciate people will be busy this morning but it someone could provide a likely ETA for normal service it would be much appreciated - either on the Status page or here?

Thanks in advance.
NB. twitter.com/Freeola would work well for Service updates and if the outage was affecting your website you could still reach the world :¬)

but its nice to see you have the time to spend here reading the posts every few minutes as a distraction from fixing the problem.

I would recommend using a fully fault tolerant system then.

Email always has been and always will be non guaranteed.

You have no one to blame if an email is not delivered. There are messaging solutions which do have guaranteed delivery. But they cost BIG bucks.

yeah its tough not having emails, but life moves on. Give the guys a break and let then do there best to get this sorted

still have to worry about whether the emails have been stacking or completely lost.

"free month" idea sounds good to me.

I totally understand Freeolas side as well and its out of their hands. but Freeola should be putting the pressure on their third party engineers. We cannot do that. Regular updates would be appreciated as well as a free month service or something for the inconvenience. Eccles I hope your management are monitoring this.

At the end of the day this chat is just a way of us all letting out frustration and hoping someone is listening!! wonder how many friendships maybe formed through all us chatting here today!! LOL
