I appreciate people will be busy this morning but it someone could provide a likely ETA for normal service it would be much appreciated - either on the Status page or here?

I can't believe you are running a business where a patients life could be threatened by your ISP's email server?!!
Surely if your company is big enough to send 20 staff home, has helicopters flying around the country and is critical to a patients health you would have some back up system, contingency plan or if you have an IT background - set up your own mail server.
Do your patients know their lives depend on a hard disk?

There's not a problem at the hosting site is there? I have just heard that UKHosts4U are down too
