Morning all.

I appreciate people will be busy this morning but it someone could provide a likely ETA for normal service it would be much appreciated - either on the Status page or here?

Thanks in advance.
NB. twitter.com/Freeola would work well for Service updates and if the outage was affecting your website you could still reach the world :¬)

Did anyone else just get a 404 for every Freeola site for a couple of minutes?

I had the horrible feeling that Freeola had gone bust or something - good to see the web site's still here :)

yes we have a backup system but it can only be put into place when they are on the ground! ok its critical as a way of sending information across to teams on the ground. but we are trialling a GPS based system as well using satellite. remember its all about money.

I can't believe you are running a business where a patients life could be threatened by your ISP's email server?!!

Surely if your company is big enough to send 20 staff home, has helicopters flying around the country and is critical to a patients health you would have some back up system, contingency plan or if you have an IT background - set up your own mail server.

Do your patients know their lives depend on a hard disk?
