Best Classic Episode: Genesis of the Daleks (Tom Baker)
Best Classic Doctor: Late 7th Doctor - when the stories got darker and the character really developed into something more than just a Timelord.
Best DVD: The Invasion
Best New Doctor Who Episode: Army of Ghosts / Doomsday

Good one. It's a bit like the cake I got a few years ago. Came with a button that says Exterminate when you press it. Took it in to work for stress relief. Used it in a few telecons to break the ice, though some of the Bangalorians and Americans don't get it!
Anyway, watched the Voyage of the Damned again yesterday, Ana Maria wants to watch it every day (I've created a Doctor Who monster!), it's even better on the second viewing and I think whoever said it would be just as good without Kylie has hit the nail on the head, it was because her acting was as good as any other assistant before.

Loved it. It's a Christmas special, so it should be something different to the series and more 'festive', which it was.
Rubbish. It took all the worst bits of the last series and bundled them together in a nice package of 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Apart from Sleepy and pb (can you download it yet?) did anyone actually watch the Christmas Special?

There are new trailers?! I must seem them!
5 Days to go! They kept the 'titanic in space' thing quiet until the new trailers came out, which was quite an achievement.
Looks like Lilly Allen might be out of the running for assistant if the filming is any time soon, though I guess she's got a while to get back in shape after the baby...

He's one of those actors who can do serious and comedy really well when they're called for.
Tennent leaving has been rumoured for a while. Ending his run at the end of this season would be sensible, then they could do the big regeneration scene and have everyone waiting for the first special.
However, I've also heard from other sources that he's signed up for the specials and will be leaving after them, so it's anyone's guess.
oh, and I missed Sophie :( Got to the shop at 4:20pm and it was closed. Not good.
