"Why didn't Skies sell well? :("

I've just completed it and my god what a game, you may remember me moaning about the random battles they are annoying but get past that and you have SUCH a bloody gem of a game I LOVED IT.
It stands alongside Final Fantasy 7 and Zelda in my ALL TIME favourite games,to think I actually sold it the first time I bought it and decided recently to buy it again second hand off ebay to see if I can tolerate it better!
Anyway as I've said I've been reading how this game hasn't sold so well because it's "unknown" unlike the Final Fantasy series and what a DAMN shame cos the likelihood of a sequel is slim because it didn't sell so well :(
Crap seems part of the overworks team is in the Sonic team producing other games.. DAMN YOU SEGA DAMN YOU.

I say anyone that hasnt got it goes out and gets it now! As soon as it shifts of the shelves again, SEGA might just say "well hey look at that! SOUL just made us a fair bit of money, its sequal time guys..."

Easily one of the best games ive ever played. The story was incredible and just kept me playing till the end. There were so many great lands, side quests and dungeons. A truly magical game if ever there was one...

It's not my favourite Dreamcast game, but alongside Rez and Ikaruga, is probably my most treasured.

Best game ever and I've said it too many times. I swear I'm personally responisble for 40% of the sales.

I even had to buy my Gamecube copy off ebay! It's ridiculous.

I played and finished it. I've played a ton of console RPGs and can honestly say, relatively, this was distinctly average.

Nah it was ok.

The crew and ship customisation lacked any real depth and the graphics were below par but the story was good and the fights were often (but not always) fairly enjoyable.
