They all have to bombard us with their feelings of unfair treatment on this subject,but if we all approved then isn't it just like saying let there be no more genuine reproductions in the world?

Men would still need women to reproduce. Unless men evolved, or even women evolved in some way that men could reproduce with men, and women with women, then two sexes will still be required for human survival.

Humans have evolved with two sexes throughout its existence, and have required to so in order to survive and breed the next generation.
Gay people do not do this, simple as.

What defines sexual orientation? For the majority, it's not a matter of choice. We're either born with it, or not. Of course, I said majority. There are many cases where guys and gals want to try it out, and later go back to being hetrosexual - and many that become gay.

However, I'm not ruling out that homosexuality is wrong either, just because of the inability to produce offspring in the conventional way. WHat we are seeing here could be the beginning of a new form of production, and possibly the first stage of the phasing out of dual sexes - who knows?

I care about these topics a lot as I'm sure you've all noticed. I have a few gay friends and I don't like people such as Forest Fan saying they shouldn't have the same rights as any other human beings just because of their sexuality. They are great guys and I think it's despicable for any of you to try and restrict them from life experiences such as marriage and raising kids for any reason. They are all good people and I know they'd make great parents and should be able to be married parents if they choose.

Ok I am going out now so I wont reply for the rest of the night. I just have one thing to say before I go...Be Open Minded.

I haven't read all the replies in here but a few that I've skipped through all tend towards a child having gay parents as being harmful to their upbringing. This being so a child would be bullied at school for their family situation, they would have a skewed vision of life etc.

This type of thing happened years ago if it was discovered that a child was from a single parent family yet nowadays no one gives this a second thought.

There must be thousands of gay couples who would make excellent parents (better than a couple who just breed like rabbits) yet they are not given a chance. This should definitely change.

Scenario:
If there was a law passed today then thousands of gay couples would all be able to adopt at roughly the same time. By the time these kids were old enough to go to school they wouldn't be alone and other children of the same age would not think it strange. Blah - I know what I'm envisioning even if I cannot articulate it.

Considering the average age in here I cannot understand how so many of you can be so closed minded to the idea.

I do believe it to be fine.

I'm not homosexual myself and I don't think I'd want to get up to what they do under the sheets, but I do believe it is fine for homosexuality to exist.

I believe it to be fine for them to raise kids (as I already said, I know someone who does), and I think that if they love each other enough, they should be able to get married.

So if I feel smug because of my beliefs and a factual statement both being used to contradict the most single minded person on these forums, then why shouldn't I get anything out of it?

If emotion wasn't linked to any of these messages, you wouldn't be on here either.

You're right but you're just saying that to outwit Forest Fan not because you actually believe in any of it whether it be whether or not gay parents should be able to have kids or should be able to get married. Therefore you come across as a bit of a smug, argumentative git who gets his jollies from pointing out the stupidity of others. Not a good image Edgy.

God's court of laws situated in the United Kingdom, still a Christian nation, allows homosexuality.

So isn't God saying that homosexuality is fine?

Don't humour his belief. We both KNOW "God" doesn't strike down homosexuals now and therefore we both KNOW that he doesn't exist or has *sniggers* changed his mind about striking down homosexuals.
