They might be "classed" as one country, but they are still undeniably each a country in their own right. It's called the United Kingdom, not the United Country for a reason, and its not just because it sounds better!

Northern Ireland is part of the UK, the Republic very definitely isnt! What is it with people never making the distinction between north and south? There is no such country as just "Ireland"
