Here's one you may or may not know - the word NEWS is made up from the compass points siginfying happenings from the four main directions. Neat, eh?

Minor countries then, either way you look at it we are all connected in multiple ways both by land, government, sporting events like the Olympics. If we were truly all stand alone independant countries we would have seperate governments, have our own votes in world politics, be recognised seperately by world games such as the Olympics and so on. As I have said we are seperate countries in some respects but in the end we are all classed as the one country that is The United Kingdom.
Cubist is just looking for reasons to argue.
