Can i get a new motherboard and processor, and just replace the current ones i have, because my PC is slow, and it needs to go faster. Is this possible because i have no idea what to do inside a pc, other than install PCI cards. Any help will be appreciated.

If you look at either of the 2 motherboard images I posted the brown indented slot is the AGP.

Its an AGP x4, which doesn't really help, as that means it could an old one with 3v, or a newer with 1.5 . How much do you have to spend, as it would be worth getting an Asus ATI Radeon 9200SE/TD 128MB (£35) at lest to make sure it works, and this would be more powerful than your current.

Does it have room for 5 PCI and 1 AGP, because if not you will probably want a new case as most motherboards have 5 PCI and 1 AGP at the top.

I've no idea how old my graphics card is. If it helps it's an ATI Rage 128 VR AGP.

Guess my PC is rather crappy then. Only has the 10x2 power thingy-ma-jig, and is the micro thingy-ma-bob. However, my case looks like it can have a normal thingy-ma-bob because it has five places for PCI cards, which i thought was strange, as only 3 of them will work.

Ah, well, If you look the Micro ATX is alot shorter. Unfortunaly the ATX image has been reduced in size and is rotated by 90 degrees. If you look the ATX has 5 PCI slots whereas the Micro only has room for 3.
