Can i get a new motherboard and processor, and just replace the current ones i have, because my PC is slow, and it needs to go faster. Is this possible because i have no idea what to do inside a pc, other than install PCI cards. Any help will be appreciated.

Sounds like a built in GFx card. Is the slot with the Printer slots etc rather than on the back of a PCI type card (like a network card)?
