The last one was here for ages but eventually slipped into the SR dungeon, so here's another, because everyone has a favourite quote, or several hundred.

Let's get started -

Not really a quote but the scene where the remake of that film scene that Mel Gibson is in, when it is directed by Homer, is geen-yass!

Homer "Five alarm chilli. One, two, hey whats the big idea"

Flanders "Oh I admit it, its only two alarm three tops. I just wanted to look like a big man in front of the kids"

Todd "Daddy are you goimg to jail?

Flanders "We'll see son. We'll see"

*speaking to his pet frog*

Bart: Ah, the life of a frog, thats the life for me.

Marge: Bart, how you like to spend the next 3 months living in France?

Todd: are you jealous of that man, daddy
Ned: well, maybe just a little.
Rod: i'm jealous of girls because they get to wear dresses

Gil: Ah, no, not the balloon! I've been living in there!

Lou: What did you just say?

*Hotplate hits the ground and breaks into several pieces*

Gil: Ah, no, my hotplate! I only had two more payments to go!

Homer: "Let me just set the record straight. I thought the cop was a prostitute."

"Uuuurgh, I'm never eating chili again!

"Wow, Chili!!"

Homer: Getting out of jury duty is easy. The trick is to say you're prejudiced against all races.
