"Poems Thread"

It seems that from time to time people will post a poem but it is awkward to find somewhere to post it. Life or General seem to be the two forums people favour so I think it would be a good idea to have a thread just for submitting poems to so that people who are interested in reading poetry or submitting there own have a thread in which to do so instead of trawling through the backlogs of posts.


Feel free to submit anything of a poetical nature to this thread as well as comments on people's writing.

Guess what! He gave me the thumb
Before i thought he was lame
Now nash wants blaines thumb up his bum

You know what I am so happy it aint just me.

Sometimes i cant sleep because my mind thinks bout too much.

But mostly its when i have ideas to write peotry or story. I wrote that poem about one o clock at night!
I half asleep not thinking scribble them with light of phone so they so messy!

..weird i keep a pen and pad by my bed so if i get idea i write!

I sometimes cannot even sleep if i try and leave the idea

I know exactly what you mean.I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night with a flash of inspiration and I *have* to write whatever it is down otherwise I will forget it by the morning.
