Have you ever imagined what it would be like to be deaf? How disorientating it could be, and how much you would miss out on everday sounds of the world? Do you think you would rememeber what your family and friends sounded like when you could hear them? How do you think you would cope?

Thanks to everyone for the replies. Sorry it's taken me so long in replying myself. Had a problem with the damn monitor that took a few days to sort out.

Ditto. I remember once when all was normal the day before, and it was late at night. SO I went to bed. The next morning, I woke up and couldn't hear through my right ear and hardly through my left. IT cleared up at about 2 o'clock with the sound of a loud rask in my right ear, and strangely, when that happened, the left ear cleared also, but without the crack. I was watching "Earnest Goes to Jail" at the time, and when I went back to school, everyone said I bunked off.

What's the use of going to school when you don't know sign language, can't lip-read, and can't hear the teacher?

thats exactly how i imagine it would feel, It scares me not to be in control, and thats what i'd fear, It is a scary prospect and one that takes a lot of strength to overcome.

10/10
Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
Impressive control panel
I have to say that I'm impressed with the features available having logged on... Loads of info - excellent.
