"Favourite Jim Carrey film"

Was arguing with a friend over this a couple of days ago. Either you think he's hilarious or not, what do you think is his greatest work?

In terms of serious stuff, The Truman Show rules supreme over the other couple of efforts, 'The Majestic' and somthing else. In terms of comedy, the comedic creation that is Lloyd Christmas in Dumb and Dumber is a classic (and soon to be bastardized by some Carrey wannabe in the upcoming cash-in). Though having watched Liar Liar recently and then ensuing hilarity it caused, I'm not so sure.

What do you think?

Not really solely a Carrey film, but my fav. that he was in was Batman Forever. I couldn't stand all the other Batman films but there seemed to be something working well between Carry, Tommy Lee Jones and Val Kilmer. Very watchable.

well I think the first two batman films were pretty good, after that they went all camp and stupid.

but michelle pfeiffer in a cat suit, I can't complain about that

Sod Jim Carrey, Cameron Diaz looks good enough to eat...

I wanna know why her norks where so big in that film yet she's as flat as a pancake. Must have been some pretty serious padding.

'Ace Venture : WHen Nature' Calls is my favourite. Not a big Carrey fan though.

yeah, I like cameron diaz, although sometimes I think she has a face you could punch. she certainly looked nice in fear and loathing
