Got nothing really to say but I've just noticed that Hmmm was about to overtake me in the Top Posters list.
:¬)
I'll have to check that out!
[s]Hmmm...[/s] Taken the kids to school this morning, then had rhubarb pie for breakfast. Sounds odd, but it was 10p in Tesco and was pretty nice.
It's the turn of our youngest to have her Nativity today, so will be back at the school this afternoon and then again this evening.
We usually get the RT for Christmas. The rest of the year we get the free one from the paper.
I've used other TV Guides and they just aren't as good around this time of year plus, and this is a personal thing but I know it's shared by many across the country, the Christmas Radio Times has a certain element of festivity to it and tradition attached.
I'm sure you and many others will be happy passing it by in the magazine aisle of the supermarket, which is fine.
Anyway. Just come back from watching my eldest daughter's Christmas service and it was very nice. Youngest has her Nativity play tomorrow, so something else to look forward to before Friday's work Christmas party (which I'll be driving to and therefore not drinking).
I've a sudden desire to buy the Radio Times, thanks DL
We are only here to serve you, sir :¬)
@pb ... you know what's on, you have a TV menu guide 'thingy', why do you want to read a synopsis of a film you've probably already watched 14 times before and which you can also read about on your TV 'thingy' or in the cheaper guides! Maybe getting hit by that chair spindle did have some benefit ... I can see the point of it now! (And yes, it was real ... I was 8 at the time) :¬)
