woooooooooooo
Would be nice if random chat posts won a little more regularly as well.
As for The X Factor, I had managed to avoid it so far this year but the Mrs. insisted on watching the final tonight. I had to endure it for a bit and TBH I really couldn't choose between the 2 finalists, they were both as bland, average and forgettable as each other. Just when I thought the show couldn't get anymore dull and uninteresting Coldplay turned up on it!
Lmao, My dad would be agreeing with this. He thinks Coldplay are the most boring group ever.
Para... para.. paradise
I think random posts would be contrary to what Pb is suggesting. I don't think I could win on a technical post, as it requires good technical knowledge, even though i'm doing an IT degree lol. I would assume random posts are chosen if no technical posts are submitted, but I might be wrong.
As for tuesdays, most of the recent winners submitted detailed and well written reviews alongside a large amount of cheats, such as Kazuma's Rage review and I was fairly happy with my Uncharted 3 review. Spoonbeast seems to be the exception, but you would be hard pressed to say that he didn't contribute the most last award. I could understand if someone submitted 10-20 cheats and won without a review, but Spoonbeast submits hundreds and hundreds. The question is how many would you think should be submitted to be considered for an award? or would you want a review to be a compulsory submission on top of cheats to be considered?
thanks
=0 my names GABBYGIRL wooooo
my day if fabaroooo
Evening.
Going to sound like I'm having a grumble here, but cheats seem to be winning the tuesday prize far more often than proper content...I mean Game Reviews.
Damn it! Years after I stopped!
Unfortunately there are too many things getting in the way these days. Tomorrow sees the start of me being trained to teach, which could be interesting...

There, I've said it. Probably going to get stick for this now, but might as well be honest. And, no, I don't care whether it's my review or someone elses, I just think reviews show more creativity.
I can't believe I just started a sentence with 'and'. Damn it.
While I'm grumbling, and to add to my Facebook rant, why all this bloody X-Factor vs Anti-X-Factor stuff for Christmas No1? Surely a Christmas No1 should be a Christmas song? Isn't that the most logical thing in the world? Seems not.
Don't mind me, just passing through...
As you do :¬) Not seen Clint anywhere have you, Machie?
Reminds me that I still need to get hold of a toy Totoro.
I love Ponyo, watched the Bluray loads of times now. Grave of the Fireflies is great but heavy going, even without possible rights issues I think they'd leave it out of that season of films. Well worth watching though.
Still need to watch Arrietty though, not out on Bluray till 9th Jan and BBC Borrrowers film is on TV at Christmas, so will be interesting to compare the two.
