Chocolate Lucky Charms this morning for breakfast, thanks to Tescos new US import section in their larger stores.
I knew there was a reason I vowed to never drink Carlsberg again, it's the most disgusting substance on earth.
Dull but dry here and a lot cooler than yesterday.
Well, that was disappointing. Kelloggs new Crunchy Nut Cornflakes with Chocolate. The packet shows lots of chocolate pieces but my bowl tells a different story.
@ DL, yeah I do use some of the companies mentioned above, sometimes have little choice TBH. The other week I bought a line for my strimmer from the evil Amazon as it was £3.50 (£12 in my local garden centre). Whenever I can I do use alternatives (eBuyer for PC components for example) although as I'm quite clearly in a massive minority I suppose this has very little effect. Think it's ridiculous these loopholes exist TBH.
I've got some spare willow sticks if you want to 'beat' yourself with them ... but, how ironic is that ... I've just ordered a new blade for my rotary mower from Amazon!
£14.40 but £13.00 instore at local B&Q. Now, I live 7 miles away from my local B&Q and I ain't paying their delivery charges, online or otherwise!
So...job done, free delivery with Royal Numpties, email quotes next Monday ... who cares about 'loopholes' ... I, for one, don't have the money to do it any other way!
Close loopholes and they'll have to adjust.
Dave buys a new Apple iphone from Amazon for £500, he then buys a £15 iTunes voucher from a seller on eBay and pays with Paypal. After 'Googling' to find a nearby coffee bar he finds a local Starbucks where he spends £15 on a large cappuccino and a poncy biscuit.
Work out the combined amount of corporation tax dodged :)
