A couple of my mates have seen it, one really liked it the other was disappointed. Both did say it was much better than that piece of crap Superman film we had a few years back.

Afternoon all.

Just spent a couple of hours in the back garden relaxing and relaxing, think I may have caught the sun a bit!

Afternoon all ...

Be wary of recently redundant housewives who also 'craft'!

Mrs DL has just decided, that sitting in the sun on a splendid deckchair, isn't productive enough! So, she is now on the patio painting every wicker/raffia/ratan basket we have with chalk paint! Whatever floats your boat I suppose ;¬)

Pretty much all the reviews have been really good. It seems your friend is in the minority as far as they are concerned. I'd like to see it, but I'm just too busy to go to the cinema at the moment. I'll catch the Bluray later on for the same price as a couple of cinema tickets.

Superhero movies by their very nature are family friendly action films, with a few fringe exceptions for those characters or franchises that are meant to appeal to an adult audience.

Morning all. Great day at Doncaster Races yesterday and the weather was perfect all day which was a bonus.

Lovely day here at the minute, bit of cloud but still nice and sunny and quite warm.

Sorry, couldn't resist.

One of my favourites, alongside the groaner;

"It's raining cats and dogs outside"
"I know, I just stepped in a poodle"

No dogs were harmed in the making of these jokes, only humour took an injury.

I recommend a cross-breed pb, perhaps a Shih-poo?

Humorous name aside, they're adorable little things!

I knew a man who had a zoo filled with small dogs.

It didn't do very well.

It was a Shih Tzu.

Off to Doncaster Races in half an hour or so, they've got an Armed Forces Day near the racecourse so the racecourse have tweeted to leave plenty of time to get there for a 5-30pm start which is why we're going so early.
