Evening all.
Been a scorcher here today, 28 degrees for a good part of the day and still low 20's now. Think it's going to be an uncomfortable night for sleeping as it's really close here as well.

Main issue here is the muggy feeling in this small room. Even with the window open it's very close.

even when I have the entire weekend to myself it still goes too fast. I liked the new Spider-man film but that's 2 films in a row where I have struggled with all of the verbal audio. I may need to see about a hearing test to make sure my aids are still at the correct level.
Neither bit of work I was promised by the end of the the week has turned up so I'm not sure what I'm going to work on until the US wakes up.

Spent the weekend recovering from the pretty hectic week at work. Back to semi-normal now, just a few more long distance meetings to go today and tomorrow. Doesn't mean that there's any less to do, just that we can now get on and do it.
Weather is pretty nice this morning, though supposed to be thunder and rain tomorrow at some point, just as both my kids have days out at their respective school! Hopefully the good weather holds for the morning at least, then.

Looking threatening outside but quite warm, the lawns need doing but you can guarantee as soon as I start it'll rain so I'll leave them for now.

Just been to see the local Welldressings, thankfully the weather stayed nice and dry.
Some of the creations were amazing, a good 6 feet square and made of flowers and stones, shells, etc, must have taken months to do.
There's events on tomorrow as well so hopefully the weather will be kind then as well.
