Viewing Thread:
"Resident Evil"

The more I see about this game, the more I want it. The graphics, the bosses (particularly the shark), the atmosphere all seem to add up to a must buy game, but I'm still not sure.

You guys have played it, so what are the good parts? I've read reviews, but a little persuasion about the fun factor, etc would be nice. Is it worth buying?

First off dont stereotype me and many others as "haters" and come to stupid conclusions as to our "hating". I dislike resident evil for many reasons, there is not enough interactive scenary and blasting zombies and solving mind-blowingly stupid puzzles wont keep me entertained. I dont hate it, it will not keep me entertained as other games I could spend my 40 quid on.

I love the game, it far surpasses any other res evil game created, it has new sections and even tougher, more grotesque monsters in it.
Just imagine what res evil zero is off to be like, as this game res evil 1 is just a taster folks, yes more deliciously head splattering graphics are on its way....
On with the suvival horror...

They say that resi evil is considered the best game out so far, but by who?

It cannot beat SSB:M or Rogue Leader.

SSB:M can be enjoyed be all ages, and is great.

Resi Evil is enjoyed only by people 15+, and not all them people like resi evil (including me!)

Very borng too

I love this game, so much has been improved from the origanal. If you are a fan of the series, then yes you need game now. Amazing graphics, suitable challanges and the whole mansion is fun to explore just like the origanal. Its not an easy game though, but still a fun one.
