The more I see about this game, the more I want it. The graphics, the bosses (particularly the shark), the atmosphere all seem to add up to a must buy game, but I'm still not sure.

You guys have played it, so what are the good parts? I've read reviews, but a little persuasion about the fun factor, etc would be nice. Is it worth buying?

In Resident Evil 2 the rats carried the G-Virus around Racoon City because William Birkin got shot and injected himself to survive, some of the containers were destroyed and the rats ate it (yum yum). The T-Virus still should have leaked further than racoon city because of the crows and the dogs. They would have migrated or at least gone somewhere else. Unless Racoon city is in the middle of no where. Which is possible because at the end of Resident Evil 2 we see Leon and Claire get off the train in the middle of some kind of desert

I rember reading somewhere in a translation of one of weskers reports that the directore , or the head of the spencer mansion was a very shady man indeed, so shady in fact that neither william birkin or wesker new what his main intentions where wven tho they worked at the mansion for many years. Wesker came up with a therough that was a valid one in the way that the mansion was stuated in a forest area in which if the virus escaped it could infact allmost all animals and mammels in the animal kingdom leading too what sorta happened in resi evil 2 ( the rats carried the g-virus to the raccoon city via sewers ) this would basikly mean that the virus would not just be restricted to infecting things locally but other things on a much bigger scale say the world? anyway what i was thinking was that the new baddie in ZERO could be related to either the spencer family of ashford family ( due to the fact that he looks like a posh gi* and also the way he dreesse, like a rich, powerfull person ) also the enimies featured in ZERO are mainly of " animal / creature " background alltho some zombies are featured. Either Umbrealla ahave been expermenting on these or they have been infected as planned by the head of the spencer mansion, is this what he wished and wanted all along, who knows, all i know is that Resi Evil ZERO is gonna be a fat game so fat infact that the annoucment of this on Gc made me go and buy won,thats how good resi evil is , it makes it worth buying a console just for one game...wow how many otjer games do that? Halo,yes.....Mario,sorta.........and o Metal gear solid 2 ( fu*^ off!) more like Gta 3

It looks really cool though when you shoot them, If they have a grenade in their mouth. Then it looks like your petty hand gun shot has completely blown it's head off.

If you do it to a hunter it looks sooooooooooooooo cool!

Same as, I hated Resi games till I got this version, now I can't get enough of them.

But how do you get Rebecca to make the chemicals? If you just go in to the plant as Chris you just shoot it... How do you get it to change so you control rebecca somehow...?

I'll probably play through as Chris on hard sometime when I can be bothered again... and then maybe try the real survivor mode, though that sounds pretty annoying and pretty tough.

I'm pretty sure there's a way of using the chemical method with Chris as well, but the easiest way is just to shoot it. It's not that hard.

I'm gonna start a few new games of this in the near future to settle some of these debates - I'll try and get the flamethrower with Jill and do the chemical mixing with Rebecca in Chris's game.
