Yes I picked it up today and played on it as soon as i could!

My first impressions are overall very good!


The graphics are amazing and excatly like the pictures show (although I need an RBG cable to make it perfect!

The controls are slightly difficult as the reviews have said and how the camera works can be frustrating!

I've got into the game but I can see there being quite alot to do yet!


So I think that you lot are definatly in for a treat tomorrow when you get it!

I was amazed at how much it differs from the original. I was expecting nicer graphics and some new features, but there are whole new environments, files, puzzles, items etc - to me it feels more like a sequel than a remake.

Digitiser gave it a 4/5, which for a re-make i would say is jolly good going.

Resident Evil is a heavily impressive game, thumbs up.

Played Resi for about 2 hours, and its everything I was expecting from the game. Great graphics, tense atmosphere and all of the puzzles that I'm used to on a Resi game.

I always thought the first Resi was one of the best, and this remake betters it in every way. It’s got me very much looking forward to Resi 0 and 4.

Well I finally got the game posted to me today ( royal mail, always late in delivering) so I'll be trying in a minute. Can't wait, I loved the origanal so am very pleased in owning the remake which looks amazing.
