Oh yes - leave out the complete rubbish PLEASE. And if it is supposed to be the words to a tune then please tell us which tune as we don't carry a juke box of ditties in our little heads.
*er - I don't mean the staff are animals.
> Lord of The Ping: The Fellowship of The..er..Wang or something.
Thee taketh the name of Ravensburgh in vain egotistical mockery. The Ping says you - yes you the sacrificial Goat - will, like the movie, have no end and no ending, and thus, no purpose in thy life.
(tis true)
(still means nothing to me though)
Found myself singing along to "Do not forsake me oh my darling" today. The words are a riot - must learn them, especially as it topped the charts the year I was born.
"Spiderman, Spiderman. Does whatever a spider can. Spins a web, any size. Catches thieves, just like flies. Lookout! Here comes the Spiderman."
It sounds like dadada, dadada, dee dee dee dee dedede. duh duh duh de de de. duh duh duh de de de. DADA! de de de de de deeeeeeee.
Well along those lines anyway.
One day a Rainbird set up a company
And across the pond an American brainiac decided to get
Two computers talking to each other
These two blokes didn't know each other
And would probably have had a fight in car park
With the Rainbird shouting about National Service
And the Yankee waving chocolate and hosiery as a bitter reminder
Of harsher days
But that didn't happen
The Rainbird make his company flourish
From one small room easy to shoplift from into
A business that spans this emerald isle
And he took the invention of that pesky American
And used it to advertise his company
"In your face" laughed The Rainbird as he stuck two fingers up
Towards his imaginary US foe (although they had never met)
And using this new fangled technology
The Rainbird did draw unsuspecting people towards his business
"I shall give you things for writing here"
Said The Rainbird
"Alright" said the rowdy mob (of 12 in the start)
And it was good
But the Rainbird was not happy with this
"I'm not raking it in enough" he thinks and sends out word through his land
For peculiar-named staff to come to The Tower and boss everyone around
But the mob laughed at the staff because of the silly names
"I shall ban you" screamed The Web Equaliser
"You are a Nerdy Robocop and called Snuggly" was the mob's scream
"Damn. Loki, now there's a threatening name" said Loki
And then came more
Darkus, Schroeder and some others I can't remember
And a man named Bob
And the forums did flourish like a weed
And the numbers did grow
And The Rainbird's income did flourish because he was wise
(some say sneaky)
By dangling shiny new games offers in return for legwork done for SR
And the staff did put their feet up and laugh at the stampede and lowing
To design banners, adverts and web-pages
And now my tale draws to an end because it's late and I can't think of more
But there are probably elves and werewolves and tax-loopholes somewhere
And before the big gay Grix moans:
A poem that rhymes is alright I suppose
But I prefer the easier style of prose
Because I'm not gay
Or Welsh
The End.
> The latest version sung by Aerosmyth I believe...

Correct, but only for the purpose of "Music From And Inspired By: Spider-Man" (the movie soundtrack).
Could you dum, de, dum de dum, de dum it out for me.
> Yeah it goes "spiderman, spiderman does what ever a spider
> can...."
> Cant remeber the rest, so i'll not bother.

See Tony? You learn something new every day.
Cant remeber the rest, so i'll not bother.
I know Robin Hood (the tune) - will that do?
