OK, lets keep this going gamers. For beige box and country!!
Or something like that. :)
We save serious discussion for individual threads.
And there is a post counter on here, clever cloggs.
If you're interested it's called "A Piece of Cake" based on the novel of the same name by Derek Robinson. Early WWII fighter pilot thingy starting with the 'Phoney war' in France and finishing at the conclusion of the battle of Britain. Mega stuff if you're into that sort of thing!
Anyway, can't review it so even if I was at my eloquent best would not get a GAD! It is just a shame that when we produce something that is, in my view, excellent, here in good old blighty the only place we can access it is in the States.
And I had to pay Vat on the import which is a bit of a cheek since we sent it over there in the first place, but I have to say it was worth it! I think in total it cost me about £35 for a 3 DVD box set lasting approx 6 Hours and I can play it on my ordinary DVD rather than having to joggle about with my computer DVD settings!
Good job we don't have the same problems with PC Games.... or do we?
I do like turn based games though.
Anyone ever play Star Trek: Birth of the federation?
Meh, I think they should bring back the turn based style x-com games, much more fun.
Might just claim a PC game for now, and assume that I can win another GAD in time for the clone wars release ;)
