Yep that's right, there's been scores of these starting up, but all have failed. Let's make this thread a place for PC gamers to chat. Post anything you like in here, comments, reviews, but no spam please.

OK, lets keep this going gamers. For beige box and country!!
Or something like that. :)

Whats the title of the second commandos, like number three which is Commandos three: Destination Berlin.

By the sounds of it, Commandos 3 is in every way inferior to Commondos 2 which was brilliant. After reading the PCG review it sounds as if they've removed quite bit, changed the interface and made levels smaller while also doing away with bonus missions and selectable difficulty settings.

So basically it's a sub standard expansion pack that pretends to be a full blown sequel. Wasn't impressed with the demo at all, and the fact that they've removed so much from a game that didn't need any drastic changes has lead me to keep my £30 and spend it on something more worth while.

commandos three is excellent, purely because the guy isn't a stereotypical, "sure, boss" or "Piece'a'cake sir" or "im on it" american style, but is a proper bristol bloke who sounds the bees-knees. mind you, ive only got the demo.

"cover moi ar$e"

my dad loves it, cause he's from bristol, y'see!

Almost every game I've pre-ordered came on the intended release day, I even got Unreal 2 a day early. If ever you get a pre-ordered game late from a retailer, I sugest shopping elsewhere.

Meh, so what if you get the game 1-5 days later, makes no difference, tbh.

This thread is almost the sam size as the one in General chat.

I'm not sure though because pre-ordering does mean that you get your game as soon as its out, unless you order it from a weird site.

I think it's only a video and the reason they give for it not being on the DVD edition is because they only got it at the last minute and could only fit it on the CD edition. I don't see why they could fit it on one type of demo disc and not the other though, I just hope it appears on next months DVD.

Also, pre-ordering has it's advantages, I remember when I pre-ordered Vietcong for £22.99, a few days before it's release the price went up to £26.99 but I wasn't charged the extra few quid, and I still got it on the release day.
