I was tempted to take the plunge, so to speak, until I read that.
Well Doom sits at roughly 53GB, Wolfenstein in the high 30's, Fallout 4 at 50 odd with all the addons, not really sure what more GoW4 can be doing to require such a huge chunk of space.
I have to say, it'd need to be pretty darned special to make me want to download it.

Interesting... Obviously did a good job of making a PC version, but even so... 80GB? Really?

Pretty sure I read the the new COD complete with Modern Warfare remaster needs something like 130GB on the PS4.

Recommended Battlefield 1 specs are out from EA:
OS 64-bit W10 or later (I don't understand this bit)?
CPU AMD FX8350 Wraith or i7-4790
GPU Nvidia GTX 1060 3GB
16GB Ram
DX11.1
Should cruise with my set up :¬)
Pretty sure that's still over-egging it. Everyone seems to be producing recommended specs that are a bit over these days. You could probably do 2K comfortably with those specs.

Have you got your order in? I would certainly like to try it but it is too costly for me at the moment. I did have most of the money set aside at one point but that seems to have just evaporated. With my setup I also couldn't play any of the games that need space and the player to stand up.
Perhaps one day.
In other news, very favourable first impressions of WRC 6.
Yep, been saving my Amazon vouchers back for ages now for it. I was, at several points, tempted to go for a 2K monitor or GTX 1070 instead, but stuck with it in the hope that I can try and build up enough for those in the next few years.
Most of the games seem to be of the sit down and just move your head variety, mind you, as I would have the same issue with space in my tiny study
