Fair enough but, Rare was undoubtedly one of the biggest assets Nintendo had, and to lose them would mean that they probably won't end up selling as many consoles as they may have done.
I've plenty of friends whose "TOP TEN" N64 games consisted mainly of Rare releases.
THQ Published Conkers Bad Fur Day in Europe, it was a Rare game, while Nintendo published it in America.
Also, It looks like Activision have aquired the rights to publish Rogue Leader in Europe rather than Nintendo too.
> Ok i lied... I have just checked Gamesradar and they are the only one...
Their article and SR's are very similar....
Anyway, Gamesradar is done by the same people or has close relations with GamesMaster magazine don't it? That's a pretty rubbish mag for news anyway...

Actually Zelda got 97% in NOM compared to Donkey Kongs 96%
Dont trust anything those muppets say anyway. They gave South park 90%
They also need a slap for giving FIFA games 90%+ scores.

Same here, the only Rare games I could ever consider buying are Perfect Dark and Goldeneye. Others like Mario and Zelda just don't appeal to me.
Still, I hope Activision have done it. Rare going multi-format, that would be funny...
Nintendo are very busy people, so worrying about publishing games in Europe isn't something they want to do. Activision MIGHT publish all the second (and maybe first) party titles throughout Europe, and leave the Big N to do its thing in Japan and America...
Even more likely is that some Monkey has started a monkey-ass rumour, and should get his monkey-ears ripped of because of it!
Still... imagine what Rare could do on the X-Box...

Konami has bought Rare, Nintendo has bought Microsoft and I

It was excellent
Lol, I've seen some stories on the net about a merger, but nothing else.
Activision - ye of the Hawk man? And Rare, they're Uefa football games aren't they?
Either way, I bet you haven't heard about WonderSwan being bought buy Neo Geo!
