Just got an Email ayt 3:35 am :) You have to pay £42.99 plus £3 p+p. So just filling in the info. Hopefully get it by Monday, maybe tommorow if MS are fast on there feet.

Anyone else been selected yet ?

I am going to kill some one at Microsoft. I have just phoned up about my order that I placed last Friday for Xbox Live, they said they have my order and it will be shipped on the 11 and then be 14 days for delivery. So from me ordering it, it’s going to take 25 Days to get to me! Why, why does it take so long? I asked what happened to the 3 day delivery and they said it was an error in the system.

Thank god GTA is out on Friday, some random killing will make me feel better.

GTA or Xbox Live.

I would of gone for Xbox live......(mainly as I have'nt got a PS2 and a GTA will be most likely on Xbox in 2004 anyway)

Yeah same here. Always has said "Item Submitted". I ordered it at about 8:30am on Friday. Someone on the Official XBox Magazines Forum ordered is at 5am an his said "Item Dispatched" straight away and he got an email saying about 3 days for delivery.

Anyway I will get home at about 4pm tonight, check my order status. If its still the same I will phone up MS. Someone else on Official XBox Magazines Forum has phoned MS up and they said his kit would be dispatched on the 6th, and he ordered his at about 7am. Savatt said he rang up MS and they said he should get it within 5 days. But Savatt didnt order his til later at night. Hope I can get it pretty soon as I want to try it out, but I got Vice City coming this week. XBox Live or Vice City :)

So is your Order status "Item Dispatched"?

Bad decision Tom - giving up a Beta test of X-Box Live for a game that can be grabbed anytime. ;-)

Just think, if X-Box Live really takes off and online gaming becomes big, you could have sat back with the knowledge that you did your bit of testing to help it along when it was in its early days. ;-)

Iam going to ring up MS tommorow once I get home from Uni at 4pm. I'll check my Order status first to see if it changed through the day. So i'll post a message on what MS say.

lets hope it is not long to go for both of us.

GTA VC better be good if I've given up Xbox live for it!
