Just got an Email ayt 3:35 am :) You have to pay £42.99 plus £3 p+p. So just filling in the info. Hopefully get it by Monday, maybe tommorow if MS are fast on there feet.

I don't know what it is - apparently the system that lets you check the status of your order is down so I can't see if its on the way or not. :-(

If it does continue the test drive people will probably have to wait a month for delivery so they will not get their stuff until after Christmas(i hope).
Anyway i'll have to wait and check my order to see if its been dispatched, as they only update the systems at 12am and 6am, so maybe my pack will be sent tommorow, hopefully. MS are really shooting themselves in the foot if they expect us to test it all out, before November 30th. I can see that they will probably stop the 30th November one or delay it. If the Beta testing was starting on the 30th October, why did they leave it really late to arrange our packs. Should they have done this in the last 2 weeks of October.
They didnt give me any info apart from that it hasnt been sent yet. They said that they had over subscribed. I said I ordered it 8:30am on the Friday, but they just said phone back in a few days to check my status.
I very much doubt i'll get my kit this week. Maybe sometime next week. Its on a first come first served she said, so anyone who ordered early will get there packs first. I ordered at 8:30am which is damn early, and no news yet :(. Savatt didnt you order yours later at night ? If so then you may have a couple of weeks to wait.

Ok i'll do that. I phoned 0800 328 1753, thats the one that MS proved with the confirmation email.

What time did you order your Beta Pack viperfire ?
Just rang up MS. The first women didnt know what the hell she was doing. She asked for my Order Number and then went off, and then cam back saying stuff about a reference number. I got cut off or something, as the line went dead. Rang up again, got a nice sounding women called Millie. She take my Order Number and said that it only displayed "order submitted" so couldnt give me any details on whether it has been dispatched or when a dispatch date could be possible. She said that it wouldnt have been dispatched today, and to check the website tommorow. A person on the OXM forum said that the website is only updated at midnight and 6am.
So I am hoping for a change on my order page tommorow. Savatt did you get the same response as this, as you said the person said you would get it within 5 days. Also another person on the OXB forum said he rang up a few days ago and they said his pack would be dispatched on the 6th.
