How long do people think the N64 has left to live?
With games like Perfect Dark, Zelda: The Continuing Sage, Turok 3, A Resident Evil game, Top Gear Rally 2, and a bunch of other wicked games this year. How long will the N64 live for? Specially with the PS2 and Dolphin on the horizon how much longer can the N64 last?
Cooky
PS2 only has GT2000 that's worth any consideration, and you know that will play exactly the same as the 3 year old PSX version with nicer visuals (I'll take Metropolis Street Racer instead, at least it's something new). MGS was overrated and by the time we see MGS2 I'll be tucking into a new Mario game, on the coolest controller ever, with a decent 3D camera.
As for X-Box, if Gates seriously thinks that I'm going to buy a games console from the company responsible for mother fcuking Windows, he is deluding himself. X-box will probably need 50Mb of RAM just to cope with its OS.
Nintendo make the best games in the world, it's like Poof Daddy's PS2 to Flavor Flav's Gamecube...... "Don't believe the hype, boyeeeeee!". Put another way, why smoke Sony's s***e Moroccan soap bar when you could have a toke of Nintendo's hydro-grown sensi buds?
Can't wait that long??? Do the games world a favour and buy a Dreamcast. They're cheap, plentiful and they've got by far the games for at least the next six months..... Shenmue, MSR, F355, Powerstone 2, Space Channel 5, Virtua Tennis, Samba Di Amigo, Jet Set Radio..... plus the few PC games that are worth bothering with but with decent controls and a stable frame rate...... all for £150 ?????? Bargain if you ask me. £300, on the other hand, will get you a mock-eighties VCR with 2 joypad ports and and a host of uninspired, samey sequels. Nintendo may be king, but Sega deserve your hard earned too. You won't be disappointed and you WON'T be playing Tomb Raider, FIFA, Ridge Racer, Tekken, Res. Evil, etc. etc. etc. yawn,,,,,
Whoa!! This turned into quite a rant and rave. But anyway - Screw PS2 and get yourself a DC to while away the long months until Mr Miyamoto puts a smile back on our faces. As for X-box........ D'oh!
and remember..... Senor Herer...... he care......
Instead of making a new console they should just make the great games like they used to.
Nintendo were all about great games, not just fancy graphics and SFX but gamplay and lastability.
Where are all the Konami games, like Probotector 64 and could you comprehend a 4 player Double Dragon game!!! oh my god!!
The N64 just has a whole load of crap sports games.
So the new 'Game Cube' will only be any good if it has some 'real' quality games.
...want 2 more....well....a fourth survivor 'Hunk' and a load of Tofu are available...here's how to get them...
... Enter the following codes at the Load Game menu.
Hunk : Up, Down, Left, Right, Left, Left, Right, Right, L Button, R Button, C-Up, C-Right, C-Down, C-Left.
Tofu : Up, Down, Left, Right, Left, Left, Right, Right, L Button, R Button, C-Up, C-Left, C-Down, C-Right.
These two are very similar so watch which one you put in...!
Nintendo weren't always in direct competition with Sony! There was Sega who lost virtually every battle but at least they have produced better quality hardware then the Playstation!

Enough said!
Sony are trying to rip off there pSX customers with a stand for their new console as it keeps falling over! They have charged the equivilent to £30 in Japan for a plastic stand!
Nintendo hasn't!
Sony are trying to rip off there PSX customers with a new PlaystationOne! It is virtually the same but slightly smaller and can't use the link up and can only have up to 2 players!
Nintendo have had four player games on the N64 and now Gamecube without extra cables needed!
Enough said!
You only looked at the good properties when evaluating the PS2 against the Gamecube!
I'm never going to buy a Sony console in my life!
It's good for all ages, because some parts are really easy and some very challenging, escpecially when it comes finding some of the crystal shards. Kirby has lots of awsome powers also such as a refrigorator and fireworks. The graphics are pretty good, and so is the music. The only downsides are, it's a side shifing game (but you can go back), and you need a code for a shard. Hopefully some of you people who get it can get the code. I haven't yet though. If you like Kirby though, you should definitly get this game!
