Now, I was a little annoyed with SR getting rid of the gaming threads.

So please share your Championship Manger experiences in here.

Currently i am Sheffield Wednesday in the year 2030. This is the furthest I have ever got in any champ man game! THe other ones used to stop after 2026. Anyone know when it does end? If ever?

Anyways, whats the most you have sold someone for? Mine is £88M. Well chuffed with that sale. It was one of my home grown players as well. Came through the reserves and was a great hit.

The screenshots look promising. Has anyone got the rolling demo? What is it like?

Bad news for people who wanted CM4 before christmas. This was taken from bastion.co.uk.

Sports Interactive can finally reveal the news that all football fans have been waiting for: Championship Manager 4, the latest in the record-breaking series of football management computer games, will be released during February 2003.

"We're delighted to be able to end the months of speculation," says Miles Jacobson, managing director, Sports Interactive. "We would like to make it clear that although we had been hoping for the game to be released this year, we had to make the choice of cutting out a number of features or giving players the best game possible. We chose the latter."

Championship Manager 4 is the next generation of football management games, offering more player data, leagues and competitions than any other title. In addition, this version introduces a host of additional management options and features to offer an unparalleled level of detail
- with matches now presented in a brand-new real-time 2D match engine.

"Championship Manager 4 is the greatest leap the series has ever taken. It's the biggest game Sports Interactive has ever developed."

Championship Manager 4 will be published by Eidos Interactive during February 2003. The Official Championship Manager 4 Magazine, published by Future Publishing, will hit the streets on October 24th, complete with first-ever footage of the game.

I've been playing this game too much. I keep thinking England got knocked out in the World Cup Final by Italy 1=0.

I've stopped playing this Champ Manager because I got to 2013 when my computer went all funny and I had to use these disks to get all data back. I am really looking forward to getting the next one.

I am having 2 files, one with Aston Villa (Support them) and the other with Dag & Red because they are in conference.

Hope that they will add Unibond and other leagues, as I would like to manage Accrington Stanley.

I been managing for 80+ seasons at the moment. And have a world class rep in England, and the same for International status. I dont recall being approached for any job vacancies in a very very very long time. Any job changes i have made i have had to apply for them all. Only changed clubs a few times though. Man Utd to start with for one season, then Wigan, then Sheff wed, then Man City and then Sheff wed again.
