Now, I was a little annoyed with SR getting rid of the gaming threads.
So please share your Championship Manger experiences in here.
Currently i am Sheffield Wednesday in the year 2030. This is the furthest I have ever got in any champ man game! THe other ones used to stop after 2026. Anyone know when it does end? If ever?
Anyways, whats the most you have sold someone for? Mine is £88M. Well chuffed with that sale. It was one of my home grown players as well. Came through the reserves and was a great hit.

No idea. But i'm sure the list would would be endless! You get every single English League + Conferance teams. Even Smaller non-league teams are in the game. My local team Hitchin are in CM 01/02. THen you got near enough every Europeon League team. And loads of other leagues from around the world.

Only you can make that decision really. CM 01/02 is still a great game. Depends how long you are willing to wait

Nah mate, just Xbox. None of the other consoles can handle the game becasue of thier lack of a hard-drive.

got 2001/2002 yesterday, picked 6 foreground leagues and playing as southend united in the 3rd division, I'm currently hovering just outside the playoff zone, which is better than the "fighting against relegation" that was predicted

I love this game! I just won the World Championship, The Premiership, the League cup, the FA cup and the Champions League in one season. Now I need the Charity Shield to complete the set...

I've seen the rolling demo of the 2D match engine. It looks okay, and should provide you with some information about how well your tactics are/aren't working. It's a left to right, top down affair - you still get the comments about the game.

Lots of little discs with numbers on moving about the screen. Except there's not a deranged Scotsman waffling on about nothing. The small game graphics is all it really needs
