Now, I was a little annoyed with SR getting rid of the gaming threads.

So please share your Championship Manger experiences in here.

Currently i am Sheffield Wednesday in the year 2030. This is the furthest I have ever got in any champ man game! THe other ones used to stop after 2026. Anyone know when it does end? If ever?

Anyways, whats the most you have sold someone for? Mine is £88M. Well chuffed with that sale. It was one of my home grown players as well. Came through the reserves and was a great hit.

Heh, dont you just love the scouts report on the opposition.

This was my last one.

CMC Publikum have a pathetic team.

They should pose little trouble to Cardiff. Their defense is especially weak when dealing with crosses.

on your sqaud status screen, at the bottom the second along is training click on it this gets you to the training screen. as a default all your players will be on in genral training you have other options which are shooting, skill, fitness, and goalkeeping. if you click on theese it will take you to that specific training section, you can now customise that section of the training. what i tend to do is put all strikers into the shooting (just drag them from genral into shooting) section which i edit (button at the top right) so they are doing medium fitness light tactics intensive shooting and medium skill, i put all my attacking midfielders into the skill section and edit so they are on medium fitness light tactics medium shooting and inensive skills, i move all my defenders into the tactics section and edit to medium fitness intensive tactics light shooting and medium skills, i leave my defensive midfielders in the genral section. then i set up another section in 1 of the 2 free blocks at the bottom right i call it "youth" put all players under 20 no matter what postion they play in this section and edit to medium fitness, medium tactics, medium shooting and intensive skills. then you can click on the overview to check that all your players are where you want them to be, you can also click on the coaches button (top right again) and choose which coaches you want to teach each training section e.g examine a coach and if they are bad at coaching goalkeepers but good at working with out fieldplayers and working with youngesters take him of goalkeeping training by clicking it in the coaches section and make sure that he is training the skill section as this is what your youngesters will be spending most time on, just do this for all the other coaches.
I hope this .A. made sence and .B. was helpful.
other helpful hint, be Liverpool there great!

That last post i spent a while aranging it to look nice like a line up and its just automaticly lined all the words up on the left so it looks confusing!
The jist of it was about players i found that have done well some of the best young players i have had in this game include,

Kevin Rose defender left centre 18 from Wolves.
Cherno Samba striker from millwall.
Dean Ashton striker from crewe.
Alberto Aquilani Defensive midfielder centre from Roma.
Andy Rochmond Goalkeeper from Birmingham.
John Fox Mildfielder centre from arsenal.
Justin Georcelin striker from Man U.
Andrew Cartwright striker from Wimbledon.

What are the best youngsters you all have come across?
