Now, I was a little annoyed with SR getting rid of the gaming threads.

So please share your Championship Manger experiences in here.

Currently i am Sheffield Wednesday in the year 2030. This is the furthest I have ever got in any champ man game! THe other ones used to stop after 2026. Anyone know when it does end? If ever?

Anyways, whats the most you have sold someone for? Mine is £88M. Well chuffed with that sale. It was one of my home grown players as well. Came through the reserves and was a great hit.

not all of them just a few. This is what i select and i have virtually almost all the players people keep shouting about on msg boards

That's what i have and i've set my database to Maximum and i get about 95% of players people talk about

So should I select all leagues at the start??

there's 2 reasons the players aren't there.

1. as you said you have an older version so the players might not have been around at that time.
2. you haven't got the selected leagues needed for the players to show up or your database of players is set to normal or minimum instead of maximum.

I have the 2001/2002 season, the player editor you have to find Cman on your toolbar its not actually in the main game it is seperate.

Attacking midfielders in the skill section and defensive I usually leave in general training.

Who was the player?? What team was that?? Who bought him?? What game was it on??
