For everyone who I have contiually annoyed on the Nintendo forum, I have good news.
Selling my Gamecube on Ebay, and no this is not some advertising thing with a link...
My continued boredom of the console, with games I don't enjoy, has led me to this, along with my love of the X Box which has so far not disappointed me, and actually has more than 3 games coming out this year that I want, which aren't ports.
I'm not saying it is a better console - it is in my opinion - just that it suits me better as the gamer I am, plus I can't afford to run two consoles and still by all the game I wish for them..*eyes Steel Battalion on Xbox*...
Adios, like Rare, I'm waving goodbye to Nintendo :P

I'm finally glad that Belldandy has confirmed what we all knew... he is a normal Western gamer. He likes Violence and Realism over innovation and playability. If you like Jet Set Radio on the X-box more than the rest then you are supposed to be a Nintendo fan.... if you love Halo and Metal Gear to death you're supposed to be a PS2/X-box fan.
Me being a cube fan means I can enjoy the Viewtiful Joe, Killer 7, Pikmin, Zelda and Mario games.
You being an X-box fan can enjoy MGS, Splinter Cell, Halo, Perfect Dark and Blinx... and you can have them.

The shotgun is pathetic.

Might do easy for a couple of levels, bute after that....no chance, similarly when you meet the flood the plasma rifles use really does end, plus on harder difficulties - like legendary - you rarely have the chance to power up the plasma weapons for tons of shots like that.

No. I specificaly said that is not what I meant.
How much it's doing, is not the issue, the best graphics, the most stunning attention to detail, it's in Resident Evil. Take a room of any other game and compare it to one of RE, you will see that the quality of RE is far higher than that of the others.
Try and understand, if you can.

1) By more things, I meant that on Halo you often have full on battles, with swooping banshees, covenant forces, marines dashing around, all without dropping a frame, all silky smooth, and all gorgeous. Resi does about 3 man sized enemies on screen at once, and most confornatation take place in a room, not exactly graphical showcase of the year is it ?
2) RE's graphics are great, but not better than any other game at the moment as anyone who is not a biased Nintendo fan could tell you. They are good, but that is it. On a Nintendo level, I'd say Metroid Prime looks better, Splinter Cell, Halo, DOA3 and a few others on Xbox, PS2 I'm not sure as I don't play that many games on it nowadays.
