You should go back to the place you were infected. I *think* they'll talk to you there.

Well, you can catch the vampire disease more than once because I have, and I am now a vampire. My stat levels have gone haywire - powerful as hell.
I think I need to find one of the three vampire clans in order to do some official vampire quests, but I haven't got a clue where they are....

This is what makes Morrowind so good - you can play the game in a style that suits you.

If you're good enough and have good enough equipment, you can sneak in and get behind him. Then sink an arrow into the back of his head. Don't forget that hitting someone in the head when they don't know you are there will stun them.

You can kill everyone, but I like to kill with style.
What I did was:

-Approached the target and clobbered him once with my staff.
-Froze him to the spot with my paralyze glove.
-Summoned a Golden Saint which proceeded to attack the helpless target.
-The rest of the fools in the building started to get angry and come after me, so I slipped on my invisibility ring and positioned myself near the exit.
-I watched my Golden Saint effortlessly kill the target.
-My Golden Saint vanished before killing anybody else, and I slipped out the door still invisible.
-I then cast a Recall spell and one second later I was back standing in front of the purring Ahnassi in Peligiad.
Murder as a fine art.

You can kill anyone, even Vivec himself.
However, if you kill a character crucial to a plot it will say so, so you know not to save it or you'd be screwed.

Is everyone killable? I'm not gonna go psycho with my character or anything. But a thief needs to know he can do in a guard every so often...
