"Nintendo's conference was like a retirement home for classic game developers as Toru Iwatani, the brains behind Pac-Man, played on-stage against Mario wunderkind, Shigeru Miyamoto, who is currently working on an all-new Pac-Man title.
Refreshingly self-critical, the assembled masses were told of the mistakes the big N made with marketing the GameCube, and the difficulty the traditionally family-orientated company was having in appealing to modern, gore-obsessed players.
But their president, Satoru Iwata, in a nod to the Grand Theft Auto series, assured Nintendo-philes: "You won't see Mario shoot a hooker".
And while we were assured the GameCube had a rosy future, its successor is already officially in development."
*chuckles*
Although they do say attack is the best form of defense, but you need to have something to defend against first.

Now if that ain't a fanboysih comment...
Honestly, raise your game or take your ball home.

Or going into other forums and posting stuff to annoy fans of a certain console that they don't own and don't particuarly like.
These are kind of style of posts that Top Score adopts.
If you don't know who Top Score is, he's probably the biggest fanboy on these here forums. If the PS2 had a bung-hole, his tongue would be soiled.
I was using the Xbox forum as an example.

Fanboy how?
Fanboy = Internet Slang for someone rabidly defending their chosen film/video game/book etc.
I've not defended anything.
Dear oh dear, look if you want to come and play then at least learn the terms eh?
But I'm guessing that, despite frantic searching, you haven't found a single post from me in there indicating any preference for Microsoft.
Nor in the Sony forum.
Nor PC/Microsoft.
Despite owning a PC, an Xbox, a PS2 and formerly a Gamecube.
I still own all those other consoles, except for my Gamecube. Which I sold because I could feel myself getting stupider as I played it.
An opinion, it would seem, that is upheld by the CEO.
*waves hand and wanders off*
You gotta try harder kid.

I said you're acting like a fanboy, look at yourself.
Once again for the stupid amongst you, I'm not denying what he said an no-one else is.
Nintendo need to sort out their image if they want to suceed in the industry, a lot of their big titles such as Metroid Prime and Mario Sunshine did not sell as well as expected. We already know all this, we have all seen what Satoru Iwata , so stop posting all this crap, aren't you big enough and old enough to realise that no-one cares?
We all saw the press conference with our own eyes, there's no need for you to come in here and post some half-arsed piece of crap article written by some BBC journalist.
I remember you did exactly the same thing when probably the same BBC guy said that Metroid Prime wasn't particuarly good. Stop being so pathetic.
Where did I mention going in Microsoft forum and posting crap?
You funning idiot, you act all high and mighty when it seems you don't seem to be able to read and understand basic english. If you had read what I said correctly, it actually said the WE as in me and the other people who come in the Ninty forum, don't as in DO NOT feel the need to go into the XBox forum and post the sales figures for Xbox when it's not doing well, so why are you being so fanboyish and pathetic?
A fanboy aged 20+, what next?
I'm getting an Xbox very soon, so why the hell would I want to take the pi-ss out of it?
