i kno this has been covered many times... but im thinkin of buyin an x-box... im not a gr8 fan of shooting or huge adventure games ... im more of a casual gamer and into sports, racings, beat-em ups, platfomers and quirky games... i get far to easily frustrated and in truth im not the best of gamers
most of x-boxs big games seem to be shooters.... if it stil worth buyin a console jst fgor the likes of jet set, ssx and the like?
dvd playback is a big feature as tat will be used jst as much.... i was wondering wat is the quality like?? has anyone had any problems?

It had some nice but poorly executed ideas. Alright, it wasn't an awful console - but the huge lack of decent games made it a pointless purchase.
The Dreamcast was anything but awful. You didn't own one I take it? You didn't realise how ahead of its time it was?
No one killed Sega but themselves.
Except, they never died, and that's how the same people are running it and they're continuing as a profiting business (enough to stay a seperate company from Microsoft anyway)

The Dreamcast was awful, had terrible games and was released at an inappropriate time with little advertising - that's what killed Sega, not Sony. Don't hold out from what is clearly the best console for you just because of some unfounded petty grudge.

Nah, you won't have any problems.
You don't need a flash TV or anything, so long as it has a scart socket you'll be fine with all three consoles.
Although if want surround sound you'd have to buy that seperatly of course.
