i kno this has been covered many times... but im thinkin of buyin an x-box... im not a gr8 fan of shooting or huge adventure games ... im more of a casual gamer and into sports, racings, beat-em ups, platfomers and quirky games... i get far to easily frustrated and in truth im not the best of gamers

most of x-boxs big games seem to be shooters.... if it stil worth buyin a console jst fgor the likes of jet set, ssx and the like?

dvd playback is a big feature as tat will be used jst as much.... i was wondering wat is the quality like?? has anyone had any problems?

thanks

Ok ok.

If you don't like shooters.

And don't have a powerful enough PC.

Buy Morrowind. Then buy and XBox.

The main reason to own the console.

Sigh.

I'm not going to moan about people trying to convert you to Gamecube, like they always do when someone new to the forums is thinking of purchasing an xbox....

Ok. Your not a fan of shooters, no problem.

Project Gotham Racing, Moto GP, Rallisport Challenge, Colin Mcrae Rally 3 are all excellent racing titles.

*Morrowind* is an EXCELLENT adventure/RPG game.

Quirkyness? Jet Set Radio Future is your answer my friend.

Other titles worth a look: -

Hitman 2
Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Dead or Alive 3
Oddworld Munches Oddysee
Amped
Burnout 2
Sega GT
*Panzer Dragoon Orta*

The Xbox or Gamecube are both fantastic consoles to own, so its up to you mate.

Therefore, without games that are worth the asking price - it's quite a lacklustre sports collection.

I wouldn't spend £40 on the majority of games though.
