I truly don't like first person shooter frag fests - running around in circles blasting, blasting, blasting - gives me a headache.
I'm not that bothered about racing cars around circuits and coming first, coming last, whatever.
So I'm not interested. Should I be? Am I missing out?
Do I have a blinkered view of the whole online gaming thing?
I don't think I'll ever sign up. Maybe a massive online RPG will sway me like Star Wars Galaxies....? - but it probably won't.
Shooting and racing - that's all I see, and that's not enough to get me interested.

If you'd have been in the session me and Dark Mark were just playing on Midtown Madness then it would have most likely changed ya mind. It's mainly the Americans that whinge, luckily somehow we managed to get mainly Brits in our game. Some bloody funny people out there.
Midtown Madness 3 was good though - I even beat Tiltawhirl on my first ever go (using exactly the same vehicles I must add :D)

PM, when you take Soldier of Fortune 2 online. Try joining a large elimination game, tis mucho fun once you get into it. Haven't even tried the other game modes yet because I've been hooked on that.
I rented Soldier Of Fortune 2 today. Dire single player game, guess I won't be getting it for my GAD. I know Tiltawhirl said Live play was good, and I'll try that later, but to me a game needs both single and multiplayer goodness to be worth getting.
I'd like to see RTS games get onto XBox Live, but I'm happy with whats on offer already. XSN Sports sounds excellent with its league set ups, etc for the big upcoming sports titles such as Top Spin, NFL Fever 2004, Links, etc.
Plus if the rumours are true, its only gonna be so long before a football game gets online.
