Aside from the average sounding Alien vs Predator game are there any other RTS games in progress for Xbox?
Link up would be perfect for these aswell.
> Which was designed by Nintendo for a console.
That sentence pretty much sums up why Pikmin's great and other's aren't. The Nintendo bit isn't important, could be any developer really, but the 'designed for a console' part is. Age of Empires, Roller Coaster Tycoon, Jurassic Park and the rest don't pull it off because they're all PC ports. And they just don't work on a lesser machine with a controller.
Pikmin was designed with the GameCube in mind, and so the control scheme and general nature/structure of the game all ties in nicely, providing a seamless and enjoyable gaming experience. In fact, because very few are designing RTS primarily for consoles, it's an untapped market and someone could make a lot of money out of it.
Nintendo already have.
Except Pikmin. Wonderful Pikmin.
That is all.
Commandos on PS2 and PC are totally different games.
Needless to say PC version kicks butt.

Oh, I hope that's true, I liked the look of that for the PC but I doubt this PC is powerful enough. If it's released on X-Box I'll certainly consider buying it.
Link up would be great, not to mention multiplayer via XBox Live and of course extra buildings and units being put up for download.
Of course not everyone likes RTS games, but at the same time there are plenty of people that do like them (such as me) and in the long run, XBox Live is aiming to please everyone so hopefully it'll only be a matter of time.
