WHat's this? You NEED to play it multiplayer?
NO!
It's just an added EXTRA for if you want to play MULTIPLAYER STYLE.

Final Fantasy is huge everywhere, and How the hell can you say it's a major disappointment?
It's like saying that, seeing as Zelda didn't sell enough to make the Cube rival the PS2, that Zelda must be a crap game (kinda).
So, be quiet.

What the hell has the second hand market got to do with it?
Hell i sold mario tennis for my N64 for £22, does that make it better than Zelda:WW?
I think not.

Have you ever considered he might prefer the Xbox/PC combo because he WANTS a large variety of a certain type of games, rather than a large variety of different styles, most of which don't interest him?

No-one mentioned variety, the discussion started off with which combo interests him more, not which has a better variety.
I have a PC/GC combo, and to be honest, I'd prefer Xbox/PC right now myself. There's just nothing on GC that interests me apart from Mario Kart.

No, it's fact.
It's a fact there is a wider variety of game types with a GC in the combo.
It's opinion on wether he happens to hate every single one of those games.

You get a lot of that with Bell. We need some sort of seperating device for his long posts, take away the crap and one of his big essay's ends up as a couple of lines.

But that's your opinion, it may not be his.

Maybe so, but the point is he was talking crap. We won't know how good or badly it sells until next week's software charts.
You know the Xbox pad is an adapted Microsoft Side-Winder PC game pad. Plus the online is free.
And yes, there are exclusives, but having a PC & GC or Xbox & GC will still give a far more wide variety of games than a PC & Xbox combo will.

CC is a major disapointment, no way around it. If it's gonna sell anywhere, it's gonna sell in Japan. I can't see people in the US of Europe taking much notice of it to be honest.
